Our trained compliance department will complete a thorough review of all files for accuracy and submit a detailed report including suggestions for improvement. WRH will review recertifications to ensure they are being completed efficiently and accurately. Unit inspections can also be performed to prepare for future on-site physical inspections. WRH also offers compliance training for many affordable housing programs and will arrange a customized plan for each property. Our training programs are designed to address the complex issues management teams face every day when qualifying applicants.
