• 1 & 2 bedroom apartments from $1499 to $2099 depending on size and location.
• Your rent includes dinner, bi-weekly housekeeping and all utilities .
• We do have an administrative fee and an application fee....but no Entrance or Maintenance Fees! 
• We are pet friendly. Please ask for the pet deposit information.
• Storage is free! 
• Chef-prepared Dinner is included. Breakfast and Lunch are also available.
• Our scheduled transportation program will go to doctors, to shopping and to events.
• Come enjoy our heated pool and beautiful sun deck.
• Our staff is at your service! We'd love to provide you with additional information and a tour tailored to your needs and desires.
